Christopher Gladstone is directly responsible for the overall strategic direction of Quadrangle Development Corporation and its affiliated companies as well as for the day-to-day management of the company and its approximately 150 employees. As President, he oversees the company’s investments, supervises the planning and execution of new projects, directs the capitalization of the company’s activities, and supervises the company’s team leaders in the areas of feasibility analysis, development, leasing, property and parking management, asset management, finance, and tax and accounting.

Chris is actively engaged in community activities and has served on non-profit boards focused on secondary education of DC-area students, including serving on the Governing Board of St. Albans School and as Governing Board Chair of Beauvoir, the National Cathedral Elementary School, and the National Cathedral School.
